So how does it all happen?

I try to make it as easy for you as possible by coming to see you wherever and whenever it is convenient to you. I will listen to what you have to tell me and what you hope to achieve by making by Will.I will then advise you on the ways that this can be achieved.

If, at this stage, you are willing to proceed I would then take your detailed instructions in order to complete the task. Before I go into greater detail however, I will let you know how much the whole process will cost you. This is fair to you so that from the outset you will know exactly what to expect.

I will make an appointment with you before I leave to return and to go through the documentation with you before asking you to sign the same. I will explain things in plain English without the legalise that you normally find in Wills. There are times when such language is very necessary as a Will is a precise document and must not be allowed to be ambiguous in any way.

Once you have signed your Will I will leave copies for your attention and place the original Wills in storage for you should you wish to take advantage of this service. The fee for the first year is included in the package fee and you will need to sign a banker's order for the subsequent years. But with my free review for life promise on all stored Wills I am sure it is an option that really doesn't need thinking about.
