Fee Structure


My fees are based on a package for your individual requirements. I like to think that I give my clients a holistic remedy for their testamentary needs. Providing 'the basics' is fine but that extra mile can make a lot of difference should your circumstances change in the future. Clear and concise estate planning will save you money in the long term.

These are quoted on an individual basis

Wills, Trusts,

£175 each in addition to the Will costs

Mirror Wills,

£180 for both

Single Will

£100

Lasting Powers of Attorney-Property & Welfare

£200 each or £375 per couple, per document. In addition, unless you qualify for a fee exemption, there is a registration fee of £120 payable to The Office of the Public Guardian
